My coworker sends me an email.
Since it’s Brenda, I know she will, without fail,
write, “When you get a chance, please call me,”
not knowing that the phone gives me social anxiety.
Expecting an angry client or horrible news, I return her
call.
She tells me something simple, and I think, “Really? Is that
all?”
